Bank of Baroda Board approves fundraising up to Rs 2500 cr in FY23




During the meeting of May 13, 2022

The Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda, at its meeting on May 13, 2022, approved the raising of additional capital up to Rs. 2,500 crore through Tier I Debt Capital Instruments (AT I ) or Tier II with option of interchangeability, issued in India/Overseas in appropriate tranches until 31 May 2023. This will be subject to applicable legal/regulatory approvals.
